The EU-COST Action POSITIVE is co-organizing the second conference on FOOD BIOACTIVES & HEALTH in Lisbon, from the 26th to the 28th of September (Rectory of NOVA University):http://www.itqb.unl.pt/fbhc2018
The topics addressed will focus on the impact of polyphenols, carotenoids, glucosinolates, marine compounds, polysaccharides, peptides and proteins as food bioactives on health aspects. The Conference will give participants the opportunity to deepen their scientific knowledge and explore the latest trends in the field.
It will offer plenty of networking opportunities, providing the opportunity to interact with leading scientists and stimulating creative exchange among researches.
