Outstanding participation of EUROCAROTEN members with 5 oral presentations in the 8th Congress on Pigments in Food 2016 (http://www.pif2016.usamvcluj.ro//). The event was held in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) the last week of June and was chaired by the Romanian MC members Carmen Socaciu and Adela Pintea.
