In up to date scientific work, most research was on subject of extrusion in obtaining of pregelatinised starch, various types of flours and dietary fibres. Other fields of research interest were filtration of yeast, heat exchange in food freezing processes, drying of foodstuff in fluidised bed, granulometric composition of particles and texture analysis for food control. Current work is focused on ultrasonic and high hydrostatic pressure processing of food.
