Sven Karlovic is senior scientific assistant at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, Zagreb. He has MSc and PhD in biotechnical sciences, and is involved in various research topics, including drying, texture analysis, particle size analysis, distillation, mathematical modeling, high pressure and ultrasonics. He is currently at the start of academic career, with over 50 published scientific papers (19 SCI/CC indexed). As part of research team he collaborated on 4 COST, 3 international and over 10 national projects.
