Short research description: 

The research of our group focuses on the nanoencapsulation of carotenoids to improve their stability and bioavailability. Now, we are working on the encapsulation of beta-carotene and we need other carotenoids for further investigations. We have the experience in the preparation of nanoparticles of other bioactive molecules.
